Registration higher grades

Transfer VO-VO school year 2025-2026

Our school has three different procedures if you wish to transfer from your current VO school, to a program within our school:

1. Students who must transfer out of their current VO school.

There is a set application period for pupils transferring from the following schools:

  • Parmant Antoon
  • Parmant Helder
  • Global College Eindhoven / Stedelijk College Eindhoven (EOA).

Applications can be made during the national central application week (Tuesday, March 25, 2025 through Monday, March 31, 2025), at the same time as the bridge class applications.

2. Students who want to change schools from a regular VO-school because of:

  • Upflow or downflow
  • Profile choice
  • Support needs
  • Wish of parent(s)/caregiver(s) or student

Application can be made during the application week from Monday, May 19 to Sunday, May 25, 2025.

3. Registration during the school year because of moving house

Would you like to enroll in a higher grade during the school year? Please make an appointment via this mail address.

1. Pupils who have to leave their current secondary school.

Pupils from Parmant Antoon, Parmant Helder or Stedelijk College Eindhoven EOA/Global College who want to apply for our regular education, can do so during the central application week in March for grade 1. You have to come by on Wednesday, March 26 between 14:00-17:00 or 18:00-21:00. From Tuesday, March 18 you can make an appointment via this page.

Did you miss this application time? Then follow the application procedure that runs from Monday, May 19 to Sunday, May 25, 2025 as described on this page.

2. Students who want to change VO-school:

Would you like to enter from another VO-school in the coming school year because of up- or downgrading, profile choice, support need or is this a wish of you and/or your parent(s)/caregiver(s)? Then you can apply during the central application week VO-VO from Monday 19 until Sunday 25 May 2025.

You no longer need to come to our school for your application because the application process is done online through LDOS (www.ldos.nl). LDOS is the digital central registration system of the partnership Eindhoven-Kempenland. Here you and your parents/guardians can log in with the login information you will receive from your current school. After logging in, you can indicate which three secondary schools you prefer. You place the three schools in order of preference.

There are 2 exceptions when you do SHALL come by to apply:

  • If you did not receive login information from LDOS because your high school is outside the Eindhoven-Kempenland region. The RSV-PVO Eindhoven Kempenland includes schools in the following municipalities: Bladel, Bergeijk, Best, Eersel, Eindhoven, Heeze-Leende, Nuenen, Gerwen en Nederwetten, Oirschot, Reusel-De Mierden, Son en Breugel, Valkenswaard, Veldhoven, Waalre.
  • If you need help registering online, for example because you do not have digital skills or do not have a laptop to do this yourself.

Then come along on Monday, May 19, 2025, our doors are open for you between 14:00 and 18:00. There is no need to make an appointment, but it is important that your parents/guardians be there. If you cannot make it on this date, please compose together with your parent(s)/guardian(s) an e-mail explaining briefly why you want to transfer and to which program you want to go. You can send this e-mail to: hgl-aanmelden-instromers@stedelijkcollege.nl. We will contact you within a week.

Allocation/ provisional placement through LDOS.
On Monday, June 2, 2025, starting at 4 p.m., you will be able to see which school you have been permanently assigned to (also called provisional placement) through the parent portal in LDOS. You will also receive a confirmation email from the school to which you have been assigned. If you and your parents/guardians still decide to go to another school outside the region after the assignment, you should contact the school of assignment.

3. Enrolment during the school year because of moving house

Would you like to enroll in a higher grade during the current school year because you are moving? Please send an e-mail to hgl-aanmelden-instromers@stedelijkcollege.nl.

Good to know
When you have applied for a programme in one of the higher grades, Stedelijk College Eindhoven will request a number of details from your current school, including study results and advice.

The admissions committee can only process your application once we have all the information from your current school.

Admission always concerns a provisional placement in the desired year of a particular department. When you have received the final report from your current school, your parent(s)/carer(s) should immediately send it to our student administration. After this, depending on this report, admission will only become final.

Please note!!!
A pupil will never be placed in a different grade of a department than the one he has been promoted to at his current school. Placement in a grade already taken at another school is also not possible.

Final admission
The final admission decision will be sent to you by us within 6 weeks (no later than July 2, 2025). This decision will state whether you can be placed at our school. We base this on the number of places we have available for students entering in a higher grade. The following applies:

  • moving pupils are always placed first.
  • we can only accept students who fit within the education and support profile of our school.

Important information after final placement
At the end of the current school year you will receive a letter with information about the upcoming school year.
